My Jaguar key fob isn't working after a battery change — what's wrong?
After a battery replacement the key fob sometimes loses its synchronisation with the vehicle. In many cases this can be resolved by re-pairing the key. If the key still isn't recognised, it may need reprogramming to the immobiliser, which we can carry out.
Can you program a second key to my Land Rover if I only have one?
Yes. We can add a second key to your vehicle while your existing key is present. Having a spare key is strongly recommended — losing the only key is significantly more expensive to resolve.
My Land Rover keyless entry has stopped working — can you fix it?
Yes. Keyless entry faults on Range Rover and other JLR models can be caused by a flat key fob battery, signal interference, or a fault with the PEPS (Passive Entry Passive Start) module. We diagnose and resolve all types of keyless entry faults.
